Send a contract for signature online
You do not need a new contract to start signing electronically. Upload the PDF you already send clients, place the signature fields, and it goes out as a private link to each recipient.

How it works
- 1
Upload the contract you already use
Any PDF works — one you drafted in Word, one your lawyer wrote, one a client sent you. There is no requirement to rebuild it in a template first.
- 2
Drop the fields where they belong
Drag signature, initial, date and text fields onto the pages and assign each one to a recipient. You can also rotate, reorder or delete pages if the scan came in sideways.
- 3
Send it and stop thinking about it
Each recipient gets their own private link. Choose whether they sign one after another or all at once, set an expiry date, and let the automatic chase handle the follow-up.
Every signer gets their own link
A signing link is issued per recipient, not per document. Nobody has to create an account, install anything, or receive a password — they open the link, read the document, and sign.
Because the link is single-recipient, the audit trail can say who opened the document and when, rather than recording that somebody, somewhere, opened a shared URL.
Signing order, when the order matters
Send to everyone at once when the signatures are independent. Send sequentially when one party has to sign before the next sees it — each recipient is only notified once it is their turn.
- All at once — everyone is notified immediately
- One after another — each signer is notified when the previous one finishes
- CC recipients receive the completed copy without being asked to sign
What comes back
When the last signature lands, the signed PDF is assembled with each signature stamped in place, followed by a certificate of completion recording who signed, when, and from which IP address.
Both parties get the same file. Nothing has to be exported, merged or renamed afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to use your contract templates?
No. Uploading a contract you already have is the normal path. The templates are there if you want a starting point, not a requirement for signing.
Does the person signing need an account?
No. They open their link, read the document and sign in the browser. There is no sign-up, no app and no password.
Is an electronically signed contract legally binding?
Electronic signatures are recognised for ordinary commercial contracts under eIDAS in the EU and the UK, and under the ESIGN Act and UETA in the US. A handful of document types — wills and some property deeds among them — are excluded, and the rules differ by country, so check locally if you are signing something unusual.
What happens if nobody signs?
The document is chased automatically on the third, fourth and seventh day after sending, and then stops. If you set an expiry date, it is marked expired when that date passes rather than sitting open indefinitely.
Can I send a contract for signature for free?
Yes. The free plan sends documents to one signer, up to three documents a month, with the same certificate of completion. Reminders and multiple signers start on the paid plans.
