Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DraftYourBid, operated by HFP Consulting AB ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Sweden. By creating an account or using DraftYourBid you agree to these terms.

1. The service

DraftYourBid is an AI-powered proposal writing tool. You upload documents, and the service uses them to generate tailored proposals based on client requirements you provide. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use DraftYourBid. By using the service you confirm this.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service or its underlying AI models.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or any code intended to harm the service or other users.

5. Intellectual property

Your content — you retain full ownership of all documents you upload and all proposals generated using your account. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Our service — DraftYourBid, its design, code, and branding are owned by HFP Consulting AB. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.

7. Free trial

Where offered, free trials are limited to one per person or organisation. We reserve the right to end a trial early if we detect misuse or the creation of multiple accounts to extend trial access.

8. Limitation of liability

DraftYourBid assists with drafting proposals — it does not guarantee that proposals generated will win contracts or meet any specific client requirements. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HFP Consulting AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep DraftYourBid available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
